Insteel Industries Posts $7.7 Million Net Income in Fiscal Q4

Insteel Industries Inc. (IIIN) reported net income of $7.7 million, or 40 cents per share, for its fiscal fourth quarter, the steel wire reinforcement maker said Thursday. Adjusted earnings, excluding restructuring costs, came to 43 cents per share. The Mount Airy, North Carolina-based company recorded quarterly revenue of $209.3 million. For the full fiscal year, Insteel reported profit of $29.5 million, or $1.51 per share, on revenue of $739.5 million.
