MRED, NoCoast MLS Partner to Share Listings Across Illinois-Iowa Line

Midwest Real Estate Data and Iowa's NoCoast Multiple Listing Service announced a partnership Wednesday allowing members to access each other's listings, with the deal expected to go live Mar. 1, 2027. NoCoast will retain its brand and historical listing data while being "powered by MRED." Members will pay MRED directly. NoCoast represents five of Iowa's 16 real estate association boards. The agreement adds 1,300 real estate professionals to MRED's network and follows its July 2025 partnership with Quad City Area Realtors. NoCoast CEO Gavin Blair said the two sides are discussing participation in MRED's private listing network, though he confirmed it will not be part of the initial rollout. PLNs sit at the center of a legal battle involving MRED, Compass and Zillow, now in private arbitration.
