Invitation Homes Q3 Earnings Rise to $157.8 Million, EPS $0.27, Revenue Up 6.3%

Invitation Homes Inc. (INVH) reported higher third-quarter earnings compared with the same period last year, with net income rising to $157.811 million, or $0.27 per share, from $136.474 million, or $0.22 per share. Revenue for the quarter increased 6.3% to $731.278 million from $688.166 million a year earlier, the single-family rental operator said. The results reflect year-over-year growth in both GAAP earnings and top-line revenue.
