Iovance Biotherapeutics to Present Positive Phase 2 Lung Cancer Data for Lifileucel; Shares Jump 11%

Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA) will host a conference call and webcast on October 29, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss positive results from Phase 2 registrational cohorts of its TIL therapy lifileucel in previously treated nonsquamous metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The company will also update on precision-based medicine opportunities for its TIL platform in mNSCLC. TIL therapy uses immune cells collected from a patient's tumor and expanded in a laboratory to help the immune system fight cancer. Iovance's Amtagvi (lifileucel) is FDA-approved as a one-time treatment for certain advanced melanoma patients who have received prior therapies, and the company is developing TIL-based therapies for additional solid tumors. IOVA closed Wednesday at $14.81, up 1.58%, and traded overnight at $16.50, up 11.41%. The stock has ranged between $1.76 and $15.37 over the past year.
