Ingersoll Rand Q3 Profit Rises to $669.9 Million, Revenue Up 5.6% to $2.06 Billion

Ingersoll Rand Inc. (IR) reported third-quarter earnings of $669.9 million, or $1.73 per share, up sharply from $244.1 million, or $0.61 per share, a year earlier, the company said. Excluding items, adjusted earnings totaled $414.9 million, or $1.07 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.6% to $2.064 billion from $1.955 billion last year. The company guided full-year EPS to a range of $3.58 to $3.70 and projected full-year revenue growth of 5.5% to 7.0%.
