Jinko Holdings CFO Mengmeng Li Resigns; Kun Zhang Named Acting Finance Chief

Jinko Holdings Limited (JKS) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Mengmeng Li (Pan Li) has resigned effective October 30, and the Chinese solar module maker appointed Kun Zhang (Craig Zhang) as acting CFO with immediate effect. Zhang has served as Jinko's finance director since August. Before joining the company, he was corporate development and finance director at Shanghai Windrose Technology Co., Ltd. from January 2025 to July 2026, and deputy director of financial reporting and accounting at Envision Ruitai Dynamics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from August 2022 to January 2025. The company did not disclose a reason for Li's departure or state whether the acting appointment is interim pending a permanent successor.
