Kilroy Realty Q3 Earnings Plunge to $0.13 Per Share as Revenue Falls 2.9%

Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC) reported third-quarter earnings of $15.506 million, or $0.13 per share, down sharply from $156.220 million, or $1.31 per share, in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter fell 2.9% to $271.604 million from $279.744 million a year earlier, the company said. The office REIT issued full-year EPS guidance of $0.23 to $0.27.
