Kerry Group Revenue Dips 0.6% in First Nine Months as Volume Growth Offsets Pricing Headwinds
Kerry Group plc (KYGA.L, KRYAY, KRZ.IR) reported a 0.6% decline in revenue for the first nine months of fiscal 2026 despite 3.6% volume growth, as negative pricing, currency and portfolio impacts outweighed gains. Third-quarter volume growth accelerated to 4.1%. The flavour and nutrition solutions provider maintained its 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of 6% to 10% growth and said it plans a share buyback of up to €300 million in ordinary shares following completion of its existing programme, with a formal announcement to be made before the new programme begins. Growth was led by Snacks, Meat, Dairy and Beverage end-use markets. Foodservice volumes rose 5.0% and emerging markets grew 4.9%. By region, the Americas rose 4.0%, Europe 0.7% and APMEA 5.2%. EBITDA margin expanded 50 basis points, primarily driven by the Accelerate 2.0 programme. Shares traded up 2.30 pence, or 2.45%, at 96.20 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
