Quaker Chemical Q3 Profit Falls to $29.98 Million Despite 10.3% Revenue Growth

Quaker Chemical Corp. (KWR) reported third-quarter net income of $29.98 million, or $1.73 per share, down from $30.47 million, or $1.75 per share, in the same period last year, the company said. Excluding items, adjusted earnings came in at $41.41 million, or $2.39 per share, for the period. The company did not disclose the adjustments in the release. Revenue rose 10.3% to $544.55 million from $493.84 million a year earlier, outpacing the decline in GAAP profit.
