Kyverna's Miv-cel Shows Durable Benefit in Stiff Person Syndrome Trial; KYTX Falls 1.16%

Kyverna Therapeutics (KYTX) reported one-year Phase 2 KYSA-8 data showing sustained benefits of its CAR T therapy miv-cel in stiff person syndrome, with 92% of the 26 patients remaining free of chronic immunotherapies for the disease. Walking performance improved by a median 49% among trial participants, and no high-grade cases of cytokine release syndrome or ICANS were reported. KYTX shares were trading at $5.97, down 1.16%, following the release.
