Laureate Education Q3 Profit Climbs to $101.2 Million, Revenue Up 21.2%

Laureate Education Inc. (LAUR) reported third-quarter net income of $101.2 million, or $0.73 per share, up sharply from $34.5 million, or $0.23 per share, a year earlier. Excluding items, adjusted earnings came in at $71.7 million, or $0.52 per share. Revenue rose 21.2% to $485.1 million from $400.2 million. The company guided full-year EPS to a range of $2.04 to $2.10 and full-year revenue to $1.920 billion to $1.930 billion.
