Mid-America Apartment Communities Q3 Earnings Fall to $83.1 Million as EPS Slips to $0.72

Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (MAA) reported third-quarter earnings of $83.076 million, or $0.72 per share, down from $98.616 million, or $0.84 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 1.0% to $560.130 million from $554.373 million last year, according to GAAP figures. The real estate investment trust issued full-year EPS guidance of $3.61 to $3.73.
