Supplemental Security Income recipients will receive their November benefits two days early, on Oct. 30, because Nov. 1 falls on a Sunday, the Social Security Administration's standard schedule shows. Beneficiaries who filed before May 1, 1997, and those receiving both Social Security and SSI are paid on Nov. 3. Retirees born between the 1st and 10th of any month will be paid Nov. 10, a day early because the second Wednesday coincides with the Veterans Day holiday. Those born between the 11th and 20th are paid Nov. 18, and those born from the 21st through the end of the month receive payments Nov. 25. The dates matter to recipients who depend on fixed payments to schedule rent, groceries and other bills.
