Mondelez Q3 Profit Climbs to $1.305 Billion as Revenue Rises 2.3% to $9.97 Billion

Mondelez International Inc. (MDLZ) reported third-quarter net income of $1.305 billion, or $1.02 per share, up from $743 million, or $0.57 per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose 2.3% to $9.967 billion from $9.744 billion. Excluding items, the snack maker posted adjusted earnings of $992 million, or $0.78 per share. The company reaffirmed its outlook for 2026, expecting organic net revenue growth of at least 2% and adjusted EPS growth ranging from flat to 5% on a constant currency basis. Mondelez also projected 2026 net revenue growth of approximately 1.5% and a $0.04 increase in adjusted EPS.
