Nvidia will invest $3 billion in Meta as part of an expanded partnership including closer collaboration on the Muse agent platform, the companies said Tuesday. The move deepens ties between the chipmaker and one of its largest customers as AI infrastructure spending accelerates. Nvidia said it would purchase $3 billion of the $95 billion stock offering Meta announced Monday. The companies will "partner to expand their work on Muse and the Muse family of models to improve inference and training performance," Nvidia said in a statement. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the company would keep working with Nvidia "to deliver the best personal agents and frontier models for billions of people." Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang described AI agents as "a new computing paradigm." The companies also released an image of Jolly, Muse's viral mascot, dressed as Huang in his signature leather jacket.
