Morguard REIT Q3 Profit Rises to C$14.01 Million as Revenue Grows 4.6%

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust (MGRUF.PK) reported third-quarter earnings of C$14.01 million, or C$0.18 per share, up from C$4.66 million, or C$0.07 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 4.6% to C$60.37 million from C$57.69 million last year, the company said. The results reflect improved profitability on both the bottom line and top line compared with the prior-year quarter.
