M/I Homes Q3 Profit Falls to $66.55 Million as Revenue Drops 4.9%

M/I Homes Inc. (MHO) reported third-quarter earnings of $66.55 million, or $2.56 per share, down from $106.49 million, or $3.92 per share, a year earlier, the homebuilder said. Excluding items, adjusted earnings came in at $70.17 million, or $2.70 per share. Revenue for the period fell 4.9% to $1.076 billion from $1.131 billion last year.
