Merit Medical Systems Posts Higher Q3 Profit, Revenue Up 8.4% to $416.2 Million

Merit Medical Systems Inc. (MMSI) reported third-quarter net income of $42.311 million, or $0.70 per share, up from $27.755 million, or $0.46 per share, in the same period last year. Excluding certain items, the company reported adjusted earnings of $67.390 million, or $1.12 per share. Revenue rose 8.4% to $416.244 million from $384.157 million a year earlier. Merit Medical guided for full-year earnings per share of $4.33 to $4.37 and full-year revenue of $1.635 billion to $1.642 billion.
