Molina Healthcare Q3 Profit Falls to $38 Million as Revenue Drops 3.4%

Molina Healthcare Inc (MOH) reported third-quarter net income of $38 million, or $0.73 per share, down from $79 million, or $1.51 per share, in the same period last year. Excluding items, the company posted adjusted earnings of $46 million, or $0.89 per share. Revenue fell 3.4% to $11.082 billion from $11.477 billion a year earlier. Molina issued full-year EPS guidance of $5.25. For 2026, premium revenue guidance remains unchanged at approximately $42 billion.
