Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust Q2 Net Property Income Falls 6.3% to S$153.54 Million

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (N2IU.SI, MPCMF) reported a 6.3% decline in second-quarter net property income to S$153.54 million from S$163.90 million a year earlier, citing lower gross revenue. Gross revenue for the three months fell 5.0% to S$207.48 million from S$218.39 million. Distributable income to unitholders dropped 2.9% to S$103.07 million, while distribution per unit declined 3.5% to S$1.94 from S$2.01. The REIT announced the results on Friday. MPCMF closed Thursday's OTC trading at $0.9884.
