Henkel Q3 Organic Sales Rise 6.5% to €5.7 Billion, Raises FY26 Organic Growth Guidance to 3-4%

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA reported preliminary third-quarter 2026 Group sales of €5.7 billion, an 11.0% nominal increase year over year, with organic sales growth of 6.5%. Shares rose 2.72% to €80.00 on Xetra following the release. The German consumer and industrial chemicals maker raised its fiscal 2026 organic sales growth guidance to 3.0–4.0% from a prior 1.5–3.5% range. It also now expects adjusted earnings per preferred share to rise in the mid-single-digit percentage range at constant exchange rates, narrowing upward from earlier low- to high-single-digit guidance. The revisions signal improving underlying demand momentum heading into the final quarter of the year.
