SuperMe Raises $20M Led by Forerunner to Scale AI Expert Profile Network
SuperMe, a startup building a network of AI profiles derived from real-life experts, announced it has raised $20 million in a funding round led by Kirsten Green at Forerunner, with participation from Greylock Partners. The company said the capital will scale both its user base and its roster of knowledge-contributing experts. Founded in 2024 by Casey Winters and Ludo Antonov, SuperMe lets users submit questions to a chatbot, which identifies relevant experts and convenes a group chat of their AI profiles. Users can pose queries to figures such as VCs Mercedes Bent, Sarah Tavel and Josh Elman. The platform builds profiles by scanning public sources including LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack and blogs, plus connected apps like Google Drive, Notion and Gmail. The service is currently free; SuperMe plans to cap question volumes and introduce paid tiers, and is weighing incentives for experts. It has about 13 employees and also supports MCP integration with Claude and ChatGPT.
