Acadian Timber Q3 Profit Rises to C$4.38 Million as Revenue Gains 4.3%

Acadian Timber Corp. (ADN.TO) reported higher third-quarter earnings compared with the same period last year, citing gains in both profit and revenue. Earnings came in at C$4.38 million, or C$0.23 per share, up from C$2.93 million, or C$0.16 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 4.3% to C$24.02 million from C$23.02 million. The results, reported on a GAAP basis, reflect improved profitability for the timber producer during the quarter.
