Wolters Kluwer to Sell German Consumer Tax Unit Steuertipps to Buhl Data for €40 Million

Wolters Kluwer N.V. (WKL.AS) said Friday it agreed to divest its German consumer tax business, Wolters Kluwer Steuertipps GmbH, to Buhl Data Service GmbH for €40 million. The deal is expected to close within the next few days. Steuertipps is projected to generate gross revenue of approximately €30 million in 2026, on an unaudited basis. Wolters Kluwer said the sale will let its Tax & Accounting division sharpen its focus on business and professional customers and support future growth. The Amsterdam-listed company closed trading Thursday at €84.70, up 1.07% on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
