Blackwall Raises $100M at $2.2B Valuation to Expand Web Traffic Security for Hosting Providers

Estonia-based Blackwall, which builds web traffic security tools for hosting providers, said on Tuesday it raised $100 million in a Series C at a $2.2 billion valuation, quadrupling its valuation since its previous fundraise in 2025. AVP led the round, with participation from existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures and Tera Ventures. Executive chairman Roi Carthy said the round increased the company's valuation fourfold. Blackwall sells through a channel model, partnering with web hosting, managed service and cloud providers that resell its tools under their own branding and share revenue. The company offers a free tier showing network traffic and threats, charging for protection and mitigation tools including threat intelligence, certificate management, DDoS protection and traffic routing. CEO Nikita Rozenberg said the company uses digital fingerprinting and in-house AI models to distinguish legitimate visitors and authorized AI agents from malicious bots at customer endpoints. Blackwall plans to use the funding to expand across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and develop more security tooling for hosting, cloud and managed service providers.
