Kane Biotech Signs Canadian Distribution Deal With Stevens for Revyve Wound-Care Products

Kane Biotech (KNE.V) said Tuesday it signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with The Stevens Company to distribute its Health Canada-licensed Revyve wound-care products across Canada, effective October 1, 2026. The deal authorizes Stevens to purchase and resell Revyve Antimicrobial Wound Gel in 1-ounce and 3-ounce formats and Antimicrobial Wound Gel Spray in a 5-ounce format. Both products hold U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance and are designed to maintain a moist healing environment, inhibit microbial colonization and aid debridement. Stevens supplies hospitals, long-term care homes and community healthcare providers across Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. KNE.V closed Monday at CAD 0.03 on the TSXV. Shares have traded between CAD 0.02 and CAD 0.05 over the past year.
