Rexel Q3 Sales Rise 14.6% to €5.45 Billion, Lifts 2026 Outlook on Data Center Demand

Rexel SA raised its full-year 2026 outlook for the second time this year after reporting third-quarter sales of €5.45 billion, up 14.6% year over year on a reported basis and 11.4% on a constant and same-day basis — its strongest quarterly growth since 2022. The French electrical products distributor (RXLSF.PK, RXEEF.PK, RXL.PA) now expects same-day sales growth of approximately 7%, up from about 5%, and a current adjusted EBITA margin of at least 6.4%, versus at least 6.2% previously. North American sales rose 17.4% to €2.76 billion, with US sales up 18.2%; US data center sales more than doubled and represented roughly 13% of US revenue, while industrial automation grew about 20%. European sales gained 4.5% to €2.35 billion on HVAC, solar and EV charging demand. Asia-Pacific sales rose 15.8% to €347.6 million. Nine-month reported sales increased 6.2% to €15.44 billion. CEO Guillaume Texier attributed the performance to US data center exposure and portfolio diversification.
