SK Hynix Q3 Net Income Surges to KRW 39.53 Trillion; Shares Jump 9.77%

SK hynix Inc. (000660.KS) reported sharply higher third-quarter 2026 results on Tuesday, with net income attributable to shareholders rising to KRW 39.53 trillion from KRW 12.60 trillion a year earlier. Shares of the South Korean semiconductor manufacturer were trading 9.77% higher at KRW 1,472,000 on the Korean Stock Exchange. Operating income increased to KRW 83.33 trillion from KRW 11.38 trillion in the same period a year ago, according to an amended release that corrected the operating income figure to show an increase. Sales rose to KRW 104.62 trillion from KRW 24.45 trillion in the prior-year quarter.
