Yangarra Resources Posts Q3 Profit of C$8.3 Million as Revenue Jumps 53.6%

Yangarra Resources Ltd. (YGR.TO) reported third-quarter earnings of C$8.30 million, or C$0.07 per share, up from C$2.29 million, or C$0.02 per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the period rose 53.6% to C$37.48 million from C$24.40 million last year, the Calgary-based oil and gas producer said. The results reflect higher earnings on both a net and per-share basis compared with the prior-year quarter.
