MAAP Taps Bamboo Rose's TotalPLM to Consolidate Supply Chain Operations
Cycling apparel brand MAAP is moving planning, design, product development, sourcing and order management onto Bamboo Rose's TotalPLM platform, the companies announced in an Oct. 7 press release. The Australia-based company said it previously required updates across three separate software systems to make a single product change within its global network. The AI-enabled platform is intended to improve data accuracy, increase visibility, cut manual work and speed decision-making. MAAP ships globally, including from a Los Angeles warehouse, and operates storefronts in cities such as Los Angeles, Seoul and Amsterdam. "Moving to TotalPLM gives our teams a single source of truth across the product lifecycle," Chief Product Officer Erin Height said in the release. Bamboo Rose's client roster includes Walmart, Pacsun, Wakefern Food and R.M.Williams; Walmart partnered with the vendor in 2023 on an enterprise resource planning platform connecting its suppliers.
