Newell Brands Names Guillermo Beade COO, Effective October 26

Newell Brands Inc. (NWL) on Tuesday appointed Guillermo Beade as chief operating officer, effective October 26, 2026. He will report to President and CEO Chris Peterson and join the company's Executive Committee. Beade will hold enterprise accountability for central marketing, sales and supply chain functions globally, working to build greater connectivity across them and develop the structures, systems, technology, processes and talent to improve operating efficiency. Beade brings more than 30 years of consumer packaged goods leadership experience at SC Johnson, PepsiCo and Unilever, having led multibillion-dollar businesses across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He most recently served as president of SC Johnson Consumer Brands North America, the company's largest business unit, and previously was CEO of SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands. He held senior commercial and general management roles at PepsiCo and began his career at Unilever in Latin America.
