Forvia Hella 9-Month Operating Income Falls to €294 Million, Reaffirms FY26 Guidance
Forvia Hella (HLE.DE) reported operating income of €294 million for the first nine months of fiscal 2026, down from €338 million a year earlier, as cost and market pressures weighed on profitability. The automotive supplier reaffirmed its full-year outlook despite the decline. Currency-adjusted sales rose 1.0% to €5.925 billion, outpacing a 0.7% drop in global light vehicle production over the same period. Including negative foreign exchange effects, group sales edged up to €5.883 billion from €5.868 billion. For fiscal 2026, the company continues to expect currency-adjusted sales of approximately €7.4 billion to €7.9 billion, now anticipated in the upper half of the range. It maintained an operating income margin outlook of around 5.4% to 6.0%, while indicating profitability will likely land at the lower end. HLE.DE closed Friday at €69.60, down 0.57%.
