Endeavor Real Estate Closes $210M Fund to Fuel Texas Expansion
Endeavor Real Estate Group has closed a $210 million private equity fund, Endeavor GP Fund I LP, to support its expansion across Texas and other Sun Belt markets. The fund is the firm's first general partner fund and its fifth co-mingled real estate vehicle. The capital will be deployed under a value-add strategy across 30 to 40 investments, targeting property acquisition and development in Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Salt Lake City and Charlotte, according to the Austin Business Journal. In Austin, Endeavor is advancing the 2,600-acre Dog's Head development, which was annexed into city limits and will be anchored by a multibillion-dollar Amazon robotics facility. Preliminary plans include 4 million square feet of industrial space, 2.5 million square feet of retail, more than 6,000 single-family homes and 6,200 multifamily units, with infrastructure costs alone estimated at $5.6 billion. The firm also broke ground on a 198,000-square-foot project at 5th and Walsh downtown, where it will occupy 25,000 square feet as its new headquarters, with completion expected in late 2028.
