STG Logistics Names Jack Holmes CEO After Chapter 11 Restructuring

STG Logistics named Jack Holmes as chief executive officer effective immediately on Oct. 5, 2026, succeeding Geoff Anderman, who led the asset-based intermodal marketing company through a Chapter 11 restructuring. Holmes, a 37-year UPS (NYSE: UPS) veteran who retired in 2016 as president and CEO of UPS Freight, takes over a company that exited bankruptcy with funded debt cut by more than $1 billion, or 90%, and $150 million in new capital from Fortress, Fidelity and Invesco. Anderman, CEO since April 2025 and a company leader since 2017, will remain as an adviser during the transition. STG also appointed Gary Enzor as chairman, Clinton Smith as interim chief financial officer, and Cherie Schaible as interim general counsel. Former Yellow Corp. chief Darren Hawkins and executives John Labrie, Joe Troy and Dave Ebbrecht joined the board. Tyler Holtgreven, the outgoing CFO, will stay through Nov. 1, 2026.
