Aritzia Targets Doubling Revenue to CA$10.5 Billion by Fiscal 2032 With 12-14 Annual U.S. Store Openings
Canada-based fashion retailer Aritzia unveiled a five-year strategic plan Tuesday to roughly double net revenue to between CA$9.5 billion and CA$10.5 billion by fiscal 2032, opening 12 to 14 new U.S. stores annually and expanding into handbags, shoes, jewelry and beauty. The target exceeds Aritzia's fiscal 2026 net revenue of CA$3.7 billion, a 35% year-on-year increase that let the company reach its fiscal 2027 goal of CA$3.5 billion to CA$3.8 billion one year early. The plan projects 21% adjusted EBITDA and a 15% to 17% compound annual growth rate, with 220 locations by 2032 versus about 145 now in North America. Executive Chair Brian Hill said a new iteration of the denim line launches in 2027. Product expansion categories are expected to contribute approximately CA$1.5 billion in incremental net revenue. Digital revenue would grow to between CA$4.1 billion and CA$4.5 billion over five years. William Blair analysts said the outlook may prove conservative.
