Pharming Q3 Revenue Climbs 21% to $117.6 Million, Tightens FY26 Guidance

Pharming Group N.V. (PHAR.AS) reported preliminary third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $117.6 million, up 21% from $97.3 million a year earlier, driven by growth in its commercial products RUCONEST and Joenja. RUCONEST revenue rose 14% to about $93.8 million on recovering U.S. demand and higher channel inventory. Joenja revenue climbed 58% to roughly $23.8 million, lifted by growth in U.S. patients on paid therapy and stronger international demand. The Dutch biotech narrowed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $380 million-$390 million from $375 million-$395 million, and lowered operating expense guidance to $310 million-$315 million from $315 million-$320 million. Pharming expects Phase II topline results for leniolisib in CVID patients in November 2026 and aims to complete enrollment in the FALCON trial for napazimone in the first half of 2027. Full quarterly results are due October 27. Shares closed at 0.8506 euros on Wednesday.
