NurExone Reports Up to 88% Reduction in Inflammatory Marker Across Three Exosome Batches
NurExone Biologic (NRXBF) said Friday its bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cell exosomes showed dose-dependent anti-inflammatory activity across three separately produced batches, with average IL-6 levels falling about 88% and TNF-a about 57% at the highest tested concentration versus an LPS-stimulated control. The laboratory results, which showed similar biological activity across batches with some variability, particularly in TNF-a responses at intermediate concentrations, support the company's manufacturing and quality-control efforts. NurExone said it plans to advance its U.S. production strategy with Made Scientific and develop commercial naïve exosome supply through subsidiary Exo-Top, while continuing development of ExoPTEN for acute spinal cord and optic nerve injuries. The company noted the findings are based on laboratory testing and do not establish clinical anti-inflammatory efficacy. Shares closed at CAD 0.50 on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 30, 2026, unchanged.
