NETSTREIT Corp. (NTST) reported third-quarter funds from operations of $37.5 million, or 35 cents per share, matching the average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. The Dallas-based real estate investment trust posted net income of $8.5 million, or 8 cents per share, for the period. Revenue came in at $66.3 million.
