SpaceX is seeking $40 billion in financing to purchase Nvidia chips, according to the Financial Times. The space exploration company plans to borrow about $10 billion from banks and issue $30 billion in investment-grade bonds. Apollo Global Management is expected to lead the transaction and help sell SpaceX bonds to a broad group of investors. Pimco is among a small group of lenders in talks to provide financing for the deal. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2027.
