NXP Semiconductors Q3 Profit Rises to $884 Million, Revenue Up 19.3%

NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NXPI) reported third-quarter earnings of $884 million, or $3.48 per share, up from $631 million, or $2.48 per share, a year earlier, the company announced. Adjusted earnings for the period were $4.20 per share. Revenue rose 19.3% to $3.786 billion from $3.173 billion last year. For the next quarter, the company guided earnings per share of $4.14 to $4.58 and revenue of $3.750 billion to $3.950 billion.
