NXP Semiconductors Q3 Earnings Top Estimates, Guides Q4 Revenue of $3.75B-$3.95B

NXP Semiconductors NV (NXPI) reported third-quarter earnings of $884 million, or $4.20 per share on an adjusted basis, exceeding Wall Street expectations of $4.14 per share, the Eindhoven, Netherlands-based chipmaker said Tuesday. Net income was $3.48 per share. Revenue for the period reached $3.79 billion, also topping the $3.77 billion forecast by eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. For the fiscal fourth quarter ending in December, the company guided per-share earnings to a range of $4.14 to $4.58 and revenue of $3.75 billion to $3.95 billion.
