Okta Inc. (OKTA) will replace Kenvue Inc. (KVUE) in the S&P 500, S&P Dow Jones Indices announced. The index changes follow Kimberly-Clark's (KMB) acquisition of Kenvue, a deal expected to close soon pending final conditions. The reshuffle triggers a cascade through smaller indices: Glaukos Corp. (GKOS) moves from the S&P SmallCap 600 to the S&P MidCap 400 to fill Okta's vacancy, and McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) replaces Glaukos in the SmallCap 600. Separately, Loar Holdings Inc. (LOAR) will replace LiveRamp Holdings Inc. (RAMP) in the S&P SmallCap 600, as Publicis Groupe SA is acquiring LiveRamp in a transaction also expected to close soon. S&P Dow Jones Indices is a division of S&P Global (SPGI).
