OneMain Holdings Posts $185 Million Q3 Profit, Earnings Miss Analyst Estimates

OneMain Holdings Inc. (OMF) on Friday reported third-quarter net income of $185 million, or $1.60 per share, falling short of Wall Street expectations. Adjusted for non-recurring gains, earnings came to $1.51 per share, below the $1.56 average estimate from five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. The Evansville, Indiana-based consumer finance company posted revenue of $1.49 billion, while adjusted revenue of $1.15 billion surpassed forecasts of $1.13 billion from four analysts surveyed by Zacks.
