Old Republic International Q3 Profit Falls to $243.2 Million as EPS Drops to $0.99

Old Republic International (ORI) reported third-quarter net income of $243.2 million, or $0.99 per share, down from $279.5 million, or $1.11 per share, in the same period last year, the company said. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.2% to $2.550 billion from $2.424 billion a year earlier. The GAAP results compare with prior-year earnings of $279.5 million and EPS of $1.11.
