Orrstown Financial Services Q3 Earnings Beat Estimates at $1.17 Per Share

Orrstown Financial Services Inc. (ORRF) on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $22.8 million, or $1.17 per share, topping Wall Street expectations. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based bank beat the average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research, which projected earnings of $1.10 per share. The holding company for Orrstown Bank posted revenue of $91.1 million for the period, with revenue net of interest expense at $66.7 million.
