OneSpan Q3 Earnings Rise to $7.80 Million as Revenue Grows 12%

OneSpan Inc. (OSPN) reported third-quarter earnings of $7.80 million, or $0.20 per share, up from $6.51 million, or $0.17 per share, a year earlier, the cybersecurity company said. Excluding certain items, adjusted earnings totaled $13.58 million, or $0.35 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 12.0% to $63.88 million from $57.06 million a year ago. The company issued full-year revenue guidance of $254 million.
