Pinterest Appoints Amazon Veteran James Dibbo as CFO, Effective October 26
Pinterest (PINS) named James Dibbo chief financial officer on Oct. 6, 2026, effective Oct. 26, succeeding Julia Brau Donnelly, who steps down to join a private startup. Shares fell about 1% in after-hours trading. Dibbo joins from Amazon, where he most recently served as vice president and CFO of Global Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development, overseeing finance for Amazon Ads, Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Music, Audible and Twitch. He previously was CFO of Worldwide Consumer and North America Consumer during a decade at Amazon, and held senior finance roles at Tesco, BT Group and P.F. Chang's. He will report to CEO Bill Ready and lead global finance, including accounting, planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, tax and corporate development. Donnelly will remain as an adviser through Oct. 30. Pinterest reported first-quarter revenue of $1.008 billion, up 18% year over year, with 631 million monthly active users. Second-quarter guidance was set at $1.133 billion to $1.153 billion.
