ProMIS Appoints Ivana Rubino Chief Commercial Officer as PMN310 Data Looms; PMN Falls 6.35%

ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. (PMN) named Ivana Rubino, Ph.D. as Chief Commercial Officer, effective October 5, 2026, as the company prepares for key clinical milestones for its lead Alzheimer's candidate PMN310. The stock fell 6.35% to $8.78. Rubino brings more than 15 years of Alzheimer's, neuroscience and commercialization experience, previously holding senior roles at Biogen and F. Hoffmann-La Roche, including support for the LEQEMBI franchise. She will lead market access planning, physician and patient engagement, launch readiness and lifecycle strategy for PMN310. PMN310 is advancing toward a 12-month topline data readout from the PRECISE-AD Phase 1b study, expected in the first quarter of 2027. PMN has traded between $6.27 and $27.40 over the past year.
