Arcus Biosciences Prices $250 Million Stock Offering at $17.50 per Share

Arcus Biosciences Inc. (RCUS) on Wednesday priced a public offering of 14.28 million common shares at $17.50 each, targeting gross proceeds of about $250 million before underwriting discounts, commissions and expenses. All shares are being sold by the company. Underwriters hold a 30-day option to buy up to 2.14 million additional shares at the offering price, less discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on October 23, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Jefferies, Leerink Partners, TD Cowen, Evercore ISI and Mizuho are serving as joint book-running managers. RCUS was trading down 0.42% at $19.02.
