Repligen (RGEN) Reports Q3 Loss of $38.4 Million, Adjusted Earnings Beat Estimates

Repligen Corp. (RGEN) on Tuesday reported a third-quarter loss of $38.4 million, or 68 cents per share, despite adjusted earnings that beat Wall Street expectations. The Waltham, Massachusetts-based drug developer posted adjusted earnings of 53 cents per share, topping the 46-cent average estimate from four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. Revenue reached $209.3 million, also surpassing the $206.6 million forecast. The company attributed the GAAP loss to asset impairment and amortization costs. Repligen guided full-year earnings to a range of $2.05 to $2.09 per share.
